About Reverse Engineering Solutions

Reverse Engineering Solutions is based in West Jordan, Utah, with 25 years of hands-on experience — including transmission rebuilding — behind every scan and reproduced part. That background shapes how we work: we design around real-world service needs, proper fit, and reliable function, not just a pretty scan.

We serve automotive, powersports, and industrial customers across Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah counties, helping shops and equipment owners replace discontinued components, recreate damaged parts, and move from a physical sample or blueprint into accurate CAD and finished parts.

Core Capabilities

What we do, and how.

We provide 3D scanning, reverse engineering, and parts reproduction for automotive, powersports, and industrial applications across Utah. We help shops and equipment owners replace discontinued components, recreate damaged parts, and move from physical samples or blueprints into accurate CAD and finished parts.

We deliver manufacturable CAD in the formats you need and support production through CNC machining, lathe work, 3D printing, injection molding, and other matched processes — from one-off replacements to short-run manufacturing.

Because downtime isn’t only caused by hard-to-find parts, we also support hydraulic service needs with hose repair and replacement, custom assemblies, and reproduction of fittings, adapters, brackets, and mounts — a single source for critical mechanical solutions that keep equipment operating.

Our Standards

Precision is a process, not a promise.

Reverse Engineering Solutions workshop in West Jordan, Utah

Precision isn’t just measurement — it’s choosing the right material and the right manufacturing process so the finished part performs without compromise. We focus on fit, function, and repeatability: building clean, manufacturable CAD, then matching it to the process that will deliver the best result, whether that’s CNC machining, lathe work, 3D printing, molding, or a hybrid approach.

We verify critical features, communicate clearly, and stand behind the work.
