Industries We Serve
From automotive restoration to powersports and machine-shop production runs, we scan, reconstruct, and manufacture parts for Utah businesses and enthusiasts who can’t wait on a parts department that may not even carry the part anymore.
Whatever the part, whatever the industry.
Working on a classic or restoration project?
We reproduce NLA and discontinued parts — vintage truck components, obsolete seals, and housings you can’t buy new — reverse engineered from the original or a good reference part.
Building or modifying a motorcycle or off-road machine?
We scan and rebuild parts in CAD for custom fabrication, performance upgrades, and hard-to-find powersports components.
Running a machine shop or fabrication business?
We hand off production-ready CAD files — STEP, IGES, STL — so your shop can manufacture directly from accurate scan data, no redrawing from a photo.

From worn part to production-ready reproduction
This universal joint yoke had worn past its service limits and wasn’t available new. We scanned it, rebuilt the geometry in CAD, and machined a finished replacement. See the full process on our Services page.
Heavy Equipment, Hydraulics & Industrial Parts
We repair and replace hydraulic hoses, and build obsolete or damaged hydraulic components so your equipment gets back to work with minimal downtime — matched and built directly from your existing lines and specifications, no 3D scanning required for hose work. For larger industrial or ag components, the same scanning, CAD reconstruction, and production process used for automotive and powersports parts applies.

Common questions
Do you work on classic, discontinued, or NLA vehicle parts?
Yes — reproducing no-longer-available (NLA) and discontinued parts is a large part of what we do, from vintage truck components to obsolete seals and housings. If the original is gone or too worn to measure directly, we can usually rebuild it from what’s left or from a comparable reference part.
Can you match OEM tolerances?
Yes. Our blue-laser scanner delivers single-frame accuracy up to 0.02 mm, with volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.04 mm per meter across larger parts — tight enough for mating features and sealing surfaces to fit right the first time.
What industries do you work with?
Automotive restoration and custom builds, powersports and off-road vehicles, and machine shops or fabricators needing one-off or short-run parts reproduced from a physical sample — plus heavy equipment and industrial hydraulic components.
Ready to get your part scanned, modeled, or built?
Text a photo of your part or send us your blueprint — you’ll hear back from the shop the same day.
